What is the Frequency of Life?

flow of life through vibration and zenI’ve recently started reading a book called Frequency by Penney Peirce which talks about a human beings personal vibration along with that fact that all of life are just these energy vibrations which float freely within life. Not only do they float freely as themselves, but they are life itself, and they are you! This isn’t about an identity but rather something very archaic and has been around well… its the only thing that exists. There are many people that give this existence different names and whichever name suits you, then replace frequency or vibration and there you have it.

Anyway, this book is a solid book so far, it talks about lower frequencies being ones of which cause the human being to feel helpless or trapped in a mundane existence, only to see that they are separate from this immense presence that is always here, that is all inclusive, which holds all content.  But just looking at it you will find that how can you be separate, that these energy patterns are so intermingled with everything that it is impossible to be anything but one and the same.

How can I see that two is not two but one in the same?

The best way to see this is to come to the present moment, that in which is a conscious decision on your part. For me, I find the best way of doing this is coming in contact with the breath and allowing itself to slow down with what rate it might be running at (given if you seem to be stressed or not) and seeing the still nature of this phenomenon. Seeing and feeling the body do this is becoming sensitive to frequency because is the breath not but a vibrational pattern which dictates tension in the body; the quicker the breath is, the more likely the body is to be tense, and therefore, more receptive to other “negative frequencies.” Through seeing a potential re-occuring situation happening and slowing down the breathe allows me to  feel that negative holding pattern instead of react to it. This is called being responsible of your impressions that were conditioned into you. It allows you to respond to it with insight rather than react from its old conditioning pattern.

After practicing this over time, has allowed me to clear out a lot of conditioning over the past year thanks to various techniques and vehicles that I’ve read along the way. Frequency has a load of vehicles one can use to bring yourself back to your original natural vibration before all those impressions got lodged in there and claimed stake in being the master. A lot of them are visual like most methods i’ve come to find out and work best as so, or through meditation. I also think that it might possibly be that I’ve manifested these types of vehicles because I have previously been week in the area of my third eye chakra and therefore have very poor visualization (and vision) skills. With that being said, it is allowing me the opportunity to strengthen these.

Overall thoughts on my current path

I’ve made the affirmation that I would like to become an energy healer so with that being said, right now the flow seems to be pulling me in that direction. Positive affirmations are key guys, I’ve noticed that the more positive your affirmation is, the more vision you have for the direction you would like to create. Also the more time you put into positive affirmations and writing them down, the less time you have to dwell on old negative thoughts. These things simply do not work for us anymore and positive affirmations wash them away. When the negative comes in, note them and thank them for being there and then refocus back on breathing and how effortless it is.
