Control

what is control? Is it something that humans have at their disposal, I mean really, do we? That there is this doer that can control the outcome of a situation. It is absolutely absurd to think that this can make much sense, especially with the fact of looking and observing. It can often been seen like a person has some control of “their” supposed outcome but is that the case does the coarse of existence run like it has always run and its whether you fall within the flow of that outcome or not, and then when it does flow then it is said to be a good outcome to you what you think you are. If the outcome does not meet the expectation based on “you being in control” then we tend to suffer.

Control is more or the less the idea that we are basically masters of our destiny, know whats best for ourselves, and have the best possible information at hand. In reality, the idea of control is only a false sense of security, which when not matched up, causes this whirly “I suffer” idea which frankly can be a waste of time if you’re choosing to take part in something you believe to be real.

The funny thing is, is that we don’t know that we play this game of “the one who is trying to control.” Seeing it is important because without seeing, nothing changes. You can’t pull yourself out of a dream unless it is realized that there is a dream taking place. Even the idea that, “I am fighting this idea of controlling my outcome.” is in fact controlling. But if one were to first see how absurd the criteria in which control takes place and then seeing that it happens within you is enough to allow control to dissipate. There is no forcing at this point and at this point it is a seeing through of a sorts that allows one to drop it.

It is a mechanism that is only thought deep (as it is only a thought) and as soon as its seen as only that and nothing more, can the poison be evacuated from the ailed body. This doesn’t just work for the thought of control though, it works for every idea holding close the body captive to its every whim. See through what is not, to shine the light on what actually is. These things cannot exist without existence so they cannot be outside of it. These have no more power than an individual would give them.

However this is only a band aid at the source of the problem; this is pulling at weeds and not pulling out roots. If you want to see the bigger picture, see that existence is all there is and every thought is real in terms of thought, but there is no actual you “entity” that is pulling the strings. There are only ideas of you pulling strings but no actually doer of action. Which is why it’s so easy to get caught up in the idea of control is you mistake yourself to be an idea of “I” in the first place. It feels like home and is the “stable” part of the illusion.

The Illusions job is to feel real in existence because even this is part of existence itself. Nothing is outside and separate.
