Jesus is Savior, but of Who?

(This post was done at an earlier time on facebook where I had been doing most of my postings because I had nothing else to expand to, more other conceptuals to come from facebook until this blog is caught up but for now, I’ll wet the appetite with this piece)

Jesus is the Savior but of Who?

Was it really the fact that Jesus the Human was the Savior of man, and if so, what is defined as being the man? If we are not the body and are not the mind, then what needs to be saved?

How do you save something that Is Perfection and where no such thing as salvation exists? Jesus didn’t die on the cross to save the Holy Spirit in which we all are collectively whole to begin with. Jesus saved the body? Or is it the fact that Jesus saved us in respect that he showed us that the law of Death and Life does not really exist as it seems to?

God showed us a glimpse of what the eternal and timeless is, that death is only a transition, and not an end to life. How can something End that never began?

I agree that Jesus saved us which is why I put my body in his hands, but I Am. We belong to each other simultaneously at the same time, We are one. He awakened the thought that We don’t die the body only seems to die, in Reality, The I Am is ever present.

Finally in this respect this is what I feel makes Jesus/God/I Am that Savior. He Died on the cross firstly to show us that the reality of death and life is not real, that it’s only an ailment of the body. Secondly He saved us in respect that He awakened us to this reality so in turn we are saved from our body (or sin)

I agree…we are all ONE. This is in interesting perspective about Christ that I have never thought about before. I believe Jesus Christ to be a powerful and deeply enlightened ascended master, and also not so much the Savior who died for our sins, as Christianity teaches us, because YES it is also true, we are really perfect exactly as we are, where we are, what we are and it is when we remember Who We Truly Are, that we unite with that oneness and the I Am. Thank you for sharing!

  2. Hey EarthAngel,

I should be thanking you for stopping by and sharing some words! 🙂

I’m glad you were able to get something out of this. It truly is a blessing to drop all things that are phoney within us or be shown that what we think we are, we are not. What we think we know about ourselves is not so, that there will always be that observer that watches what is thought to make us up when its’ actually just the personality flaunting its apparent uniqueness. IT isn’t until that is dropped when our true overwhelming individuality and creativity comes out.

Whatever we are is wonderful and beautiful and cannot be described in words ever. All I can do is be mystified at how amazing it is, and that such masters as The Buddha, The Christ, Krishna have done such a pleasant job of pointing the finger for us to see the Truth.

However i think we also have to be careful to try not to imitate these masters… as we are as we should be, not to be Buddha or Christ but to be YOU. Our paths are all unique to the way that best gets us there, and we will be misunderstood, because what may be right for us on our path (whether its the right direction at that moment, or going astray at that moment) may not be the same for another trying to reach that same peak. We all will get there though, infact we are already there, there is nowhere left to go… We just have to open our eyes and see that we are already Liberated… Its so easy to be ourselves… yet so hard haha. 🙂

Thanks again for stopping by EarthAngel!
