Have you ever noticed how easily you can slip from one state into another. You’ll see this very often in a movie, that the scene can drastically change within seconds at the drop of a phone call, or the sight of some auspicious character. This happens in real life too, its just more subtle and there is no ominous music to que that your state has been altered. I bet Liam Neeson wasn’t expecting his daughter to call him while she was in the process of being kidnapped in Taken. How easily one person can go from Heaven to Hell in a matter of seconds.
Heaven and hell are not places you go to after you die, it is much more serious then that. It is here right now, the transition of state that the self identified puts themselves in many times during the day based on conditioned expectation of the way “they” want reality to go. Reality sits here just being what it is (because it can’t be anything other than what it is.) and then the thing that says that it has its own preferential reality tends to butt in a bunch of preferences. The next thing happens that doesn’t quite match the preference and thus enters the altering state, as scenarios and emotions begin to swirl around in ones imagination, one is enveloped in their fantasy world where they no longer see reality for what it is. The sad thing is, is that people are not aware that this is happening, that these fleeting fantasies are not reality and are not real because they are too busy with “their preference” to realize it. How can they though, when they aren’t even aware that this ever goes on, they just assume that this is the way life is.
