On this unusually cool night as I drink a glass of wine and eat some cheese, I feel the urge to talk (or blog for this matter) about separation. Not that anything is separate from anything but that of the idea that there is separation is what is misunderstood.
To begin with I would prefer to look at the basis of thoughts, all encompassing as in any personalized ideals, concepts, beliefs, etc. and where they come from? Where do they come from? I know this to be a silly question because the only answer is that they come from nothing. When they are answered they return to nothing. This is where they get mixed up, as these thoughts become aware that they seem to be some separate thing apart from everything else, something grabs onto them and like one of those sticky hand deals, holds onto them as being part of something that it perceives itself to be bigger. As life tends to go on, the sticky hand accumulated various ideologies and begins to paint itself a pretty picture of what it wants to be. However it never was this thing but it’s a beautiful picture you see, and so it keeps on painting it, bigger and bigger. Now do you have an idea where a human being gets lost in what it thinks it is. That is what we are doing, and the idea of separation is born because if we honestly look at it, are we separate? If so, in what respects? You think your ideas are genuine, yet those things have been said so many times before you perceived yourself into existence. The only things that give the illusion of being unique is the filter thats you yourself have placed on your shoulders, which you can absolutely drop at any time if it weren’t for the thought of separation or self sustainability.
Thoughts go nowhere when they are destroyed or overrun by new thoughts, because they were never really there in the first place. They were only shadows of what you are trying to recognize itself. The mind tries to make sense of everything going on yet when it can’t it makes explanations for as much as possible and tries to fill in these huge gaping logic holes so that it doesn’t have to deal with its own truth. The truth, that it is this non-existence, it is completely nothing, a void, that all ideas are just falsehoods, masquerading as shadow truths.
